West London-based Choreographer and dancer turned rapper Dreya Mac found a new avenue of self-expression last year with her debut single 'Skippin.' Mac garnered support from tastemakers, including Annie Mac, Toddla T, DJ Target, Sian Anderson, and Rickie, and Melvin and Charlie.

Asked to describe her sound in an interview with Notion 'I don’t know if it’s a word, I don’t think it is, but it’s ‘genre-less. There’s no assigned genre I can fixate on to my music.  I will literally flip from neo-soul to an R&B feel to a drill beat, to an afro-swing feel – I keep surprising myself. And that’s from being lucky enough to work with different producers, but also allowing myself to not be boxed in already.'

Dreya Mac is an alumnus of the world-famous Brit school where she studied musical theatre and dance from the age of 14. Since then her professional dancing background has taken her all over the world to countries as far-reaching as the USA and China. She can be seen demonstrating her talents in videos and shows for prominent artists such as Stormzy, Kojey Radical, Dua Lipa, and Rita Ora. She has also performed at the MTV EMAs and Brit Awards and was featured in the Burberry 2020 Festive Campaign.
